California Historic Hotel

A historic hotel located in the San Diego California area was enrolled at a value above a sales price from several years prior. After doing some research, Pivotal concluded that the county had enrolled an incorrect value. Pivotal was able to gather evidence sufficient to persuade the county assessor to correct the value which in turn changed the value for multiple years.

Thanks to Pivotal’s efforts the owners were able to receive a $180,000 tax reduction in addition to the tax savings they will receive from the correction going forward.
