Pivotal represented a struggling hotel located in the Houston area. Although it had seen high vacancy of the past few years the local appraisal district had made no significant adjustments for the issue. Pivotal inspected the property, discussed the issues with the owners, reviewed the financials and put together valuation evidence to present before the local assessment review board and appraisal district.

After negotiating with the Appraisal district Pivotal was able to secure a $129,000 tax reduction for the property owners.
