Pivotal represented a large portfolio of industrial warehouse and flex buildings in the Austin, Texas market for many years. The local appraisal district had been increasing these properties tremendously regardless of the fact that these properties were lower classed buildings. Pivotal reviewed the financials, met with the local property managers, inspected the property and took photos.
