Wayne Tannenbaum

Wayne Tannenbaum is a Senior Manager over Pivotal Tax Solution’s Real Property team. Wayne offers nearly two decades of experience in real estate valuation and appeal work. Wayne has experience negotiating property tax settlements and arguing property tax cases before administrative boards in many jurisdictions across the country.
Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Wayne was active in performing due diligence analysis on real estate development projects, including evaluating value-add opportunities. He developed relationships with real estate professionals, contractors, property owners, and investors which has benefited him with his current practice. His years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience combined with his ability to forge relationships with clients and jurisdictional authorities contribute to his ability to resolve complex property tax issues for our clients.
Wayne is a graduate of California State University Northridge (CSUN) and a member of the Institute of professionals in Taxation (IPT) and Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP).
